This portal is our dedicated, human-managed space for suppliers to view current procurement opportunities and share information about your services or products.
We value strong, transparent relationships with our suppliers and are committed to engaging professionally, consistently, and with respect throughout every stage of the process.

How the Gateway works:
To maintain efficiency and respect the time of our staff, we do not accept cold calls or unsolicited emails from unknown suppliers.
We respectfully ask that all new supplier communication go through our dedicated gateway.
When we have active procurement opportunities, they will be published here with the relevant details suppliers need to submit interest.
However, we also recognise that innovation and value often come from unexpected places, therefore welcome submissions from suppliers whose offerings may not align with an active opportunity but could benefit our operations in the future.

Our Current Procurement Needs:

Fire Safety Compliance Upgrade (Warehouse & Office)
Undertake a compliance upgrade of our warehouse and attached office space. This includes the installation of new fire extinguishers, emergency signage, smoke detection systems, and fire door maintenance where applicable. Conduct a site assessment, provide a scope of upgrades in line with UK fire safety legislation, and execute approved works promptly with minimal disruption to operations.

Installation of LED Warehouse Lighting System
Supply and installation of an energy-efficient LED lighting system across our 25,000 sq ft warehouse. The work includes the removal of legacy fittings, electrical reconfiguration if required, and installation of new high-bay LED luminaires. Suppliers must demonstrate previous experience in industrial lighting projects, and all work must comply with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations).

Loading Bay Servicing & Interim Inspection
Seeking a qualified service provider to conduct a one-off servicing and interim inspection of 10 operational loading bays at our primary distribution facility in Nottingham. Includes mechanical inspection, lubrication of moving parts, functional testing of safety mechanisms, and a written report outlining any remedial actions. This is a standalone service request and does not form part of a long-term maintenance agreement.
